GM ended up fixing all of my issues..they did offer to put me in a new one and tried to locate one just like mine with all the options but they couldnt get me black on black with everything. so i told them just to fix the issues and make it right..they gave me $2500 in free accessories so im in the process of having the factory borla exhaust added, wifi card and a few other things.

Regarding your original offer, GM and the dealer make out a heck of a lot better if the truck isn't "lemon law" repurchased. If it gets bought back with a "lemon law" ruling, it can't be resold in most states.
