I pulled the trigger.

As the title says, I pulled the trigger on a new (to me) truck! It's a 2003 GMC sierra 2500HD. It has 250,000 on it and it runs and drives strong. Truck is a 6.0 crew cab, long bed. It's an SLE trim and has push button 4x4. It is filthy and kinda beat up but she runs and... the price was right. $750! The biggest issue it's having is the transfer case is catching and grinding from time to time. I think I'll just swap in a case from a wrecked truck to solve that problem. I also ran the VIN and it says it has a 4.1 geared rear with a g80 posi. I didn't think you could get a posi in an HD. So is it a posi or is it a full locker? Also it has a block heater and tge vin revealee it has the manditory canadian base equipment. Does that mean the truck was originally in canada? Tell me what you think and I'm open to suggestions on things to fix or inspect etc! Very excited to start wrenching.
