steering stabilizer

I have a 93 gmc sierra 4wd and wanted to know what i would need to put a steering stabilizer on my truck and would it help my steering?

the old boxes will feel like its loose, but there is adjustments.

 

I am not smart enough for them, but there is something to do with a ball and a top screw and playing with quarter turns.

those shock stabilizers really are not helpful.

 

only try adjusting if there is no slop, slop means get another box or check all the links across the steering linkages. Loose can be adjusted...that is like a hydraulic feeling, or tire squishy low on air of a tire and not a gear or link clinking.
