Driver's window creaking noise?

Tried to search but didn't see anyone talking about this issue. I lower and raise my driver's window several times a day to access the key card security gate at my work. I notice a creaking sound each time when the window glass reaches the half way down point, or half way up when raising the window glass. I tried lubing the window channels, but the noise is still there.

 

To save myself a few hours of taking my truck to the dealer, I can likely just remove the door panel myself to see what's going on in there. But I was curious if anyone else had this issue and what to look for inside the door panel that may be causing this noise?
