I like the color just fine, but I don't think it's worth 1000.00. I don't think the color will be worth a nickel at trade time .I do have the Cocoa/Dune interior and it has held up well. Mine is Iridium Metallic, and I have to wash it all the time to keep it looking its best for sure.

I would have gotten the WDT but price was the only barrier for me but if I could go back I would it's got a Cadillac feeling to it which I envy lol my old 2013 had the wd beautifully since those gm s had more chrome and but paint to match is nearly harder than those with base colors.

I love mine. The only downside is that if it gets scratched, the paint is almost impossible to match.

My truck was rear ended. The left box side was replaced and painted as was the tailgate and back bumper. They did an excellent job matching it up.

Here is a pic of my truck, it hadn't been washed in about 2 weeks in this pic. I drive on gravel and through construction sites/nursery's regularly. Like everyone else has said, this color hides dirt well.

Sorry, it's not a color I could live with. My wife's Flex and the infinity before that are a similar color. Great for her. She loves it. Frankly, I find it a somewhat feminine color. I think that comes from the somewhat pinkish color in some light.

Thanks Galliher_NC. Can't tell at all that you drive on gravel or through construction sites! I really can get a better deal on the black leather one so we'll see what we end up with this weekend. I'll be sure to post pics.

I think WDT is a great color but I personally do not like it on trucks. There are some WDT trucks that look good but I feel that the color is meant for a Cadillac not a truck. As hypocritical as this may sound, I bought a gmt-900 sierra in WDT because I needed a truck asap and I got a decent deal on it. Luckily for me my dad wanted the truck so I just let him take over the payments and used his vehicle to trade in so I could get my k2. There are two things I learned about the WDT; 1. It definitely hides dirt very well. 2. Do not damage the paint because it cost an arm and a leg and your pants to fix it.

I say if you like the truck then get it as you are the one paying for it and not me.

My parting shot on color.

I bought my last truck in a color I didn't like. It had all the equipment I wanted and at a price you would not believe if I told you. If the price hadn't been so low, I would not have considered it.

I grew to hate that color. I sold the truck last year after owning it 5 years. I was so relieved to get rid of it. I bought the current truck in a color I wanted. I had many items on my list, but color was non-negotiable on this truck.

Buy a color you are happy with.

I have a 2015 WDT Denali with Cocoa Dune interior and I really love the look. I, too, was looking for something classy and professional as my profession and clientele sort of demands it. Mine has the black 22" OEM 6-spoke wheels and these really help to set it apart. Even with 3 weeks of snow, salt and crud from these New England snow storms, the truck looks reasonably clean until I'm within a few feet of it. The black wheels look terrible covered in road salt, but the body of the truck looks good. The windows and chrome mirror covers are the only things that look dirty from a distance.

Sitting inside the truck, the CD interior is very nice. I did like the black, too, but I felt the CD was just different enough to win me over.

It's funny. Several posts have mentioned that they need their truck to have a certain level of good looks and professionalism for them to do their job properly.

I totally agree.

I wash my truck alll the time, and yesterday I had a cube of bricks in the bed (1900 pounds), so I need it occasionally.

I always tell my friends that I really want an Escalade, but it would look weird when I drive up to a prospective client's house. (I'm a landscaper.)

I own an Infiniti QX56 and a Ford F150 , both in black. I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT in white diamond tricoat. I went shopping for a black 1500 and had settled on the truck. I was alone at the time but brought my wife down to the dealership. The black 1500 was parked next to a WDT and the rest of the story is history, I drove off with the white diamond SLT. A clean black vehicle is beautiful but the white diamond has class and beauty. Dirt doesn't show as easy (on the WDT)but it is quite a chore to keep it clean as I live outside of the city on a dirt street.

Quick question, it came with Z60 badges, what does that mean?

Z60 = "High Performance Suspension Package"

In reality, it's the default standard suspension if Z71 "Off-Road Suspension Package" or Z85 "Handling /Trailering Heavy Duty" isn't optioned.

I have a '15 GMC 4WD CC in WDT with bucket seats in black interior. No regrets with the combination. Perfect combination for transporting clients, friends, family or the dogs. A Retrax One will give your truck a clean image needed in your profession.

Always have my seats covered with Wet Okole and floors covered with liners (not mats). ROI is incredible when it comes time for replacing the vehicle. Makes detailing easier and keeps the interior in factory condition.

I have WDT. Traveling to LA this coming weekend to have the Xpel Ultimate installed on the front of the truck including the full front fenders and hood. I hope it protects the cheap ass paint GM now gives us.
