Oil cooler line on 8.1l leaking

Hey guys I have a 2003 cc lb 4x4 2500hd gmc with the 8.1l and the oil cooler lines have started to leak alittle bit, I replace them back in 2009 from the dealership but since then I have only put 27k on it needless to say I don't drive it Much I was just curious if any one has sloved the leak where it goes from hard line to soft.

Some guys have removed the outer aluminum crimp and use a standard hose clamp
