Bed liner questions

Hey everyone I just wondering how much did you guys pay for a spray in bed liner like line-x or rhino? I have a topper on my truck and the guy before me didn't have enough padding and wasn't tight enough so the topper moved around and chipped up the paint and just want it looking clean again

I was right at 550 for regular Line-x, over the rail (Ext cab, short box). Like you, the previous owner of my rig had a hard tonneau on the back that scuffed the paint down to bare metal in several places. Going over the rail w line-x took care of all of that...looks great now.

CHEVYMAN,

What color is you truck? IF not black, I would suggest you have them try to tape the line so it matches very close to the topper side. On our '10-1500 I had them spray over the rail since I didn't know if it was going to be a topper or tonneau cover. Ended up getting a topper, and you could see about a 1" strip of black on an Imperial Blue truck. Kind of bugged me the whole time we had the truck. More so because I asked for a "topper or tonneau" tape job.

I can't remember exactly what I paid for the '13, but it was maybe $550-600 (under the rail) for the Platinum.

Hi, I paid $525 or $450 cash for Line-X. This is the 3rd truck I have had with it and really like. One suggestion I have is before they spray your box, get yourself a pair or 2 of the new DeeZee Tie downs for Chevy/Gmc's. They are new, part #DZ97903. You can get them from any truck customizer, mine cost $25.00. Put them in first then tape them off on the loop so he can spray them right in. I wish I had done that before mine was done, they didn't have them yet so couldn't. Just my 2 cents worth.

That is a great point. My dealer thru in a Line-X job on my ride as part of the deal on my 2015 2500HD. It already had 4 of those additional tie downs up on the inner side of the box. I actually want 2 more in the center on both sides to complete what I want. Never enough tie downs and securement points for all the stuff I haul around. it would have been great to think of that at the time I bought it so those two additional tie downs could have been done before the Line-X. Oh well.
