2014 bunch Issues

I have a few issues going on with my 2014 silverado. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issues at all?

1.There is a light sensitivity problem with the dash. Sometimes in mid day the screen goes really dim. Is there a way to adjust it?

Also anyone know how to adjust audio controls on the steering wheel for longer response between changing stations? Everytime I change xm channel it goes back to the station and I end up clicking the button twice to change the channel.

2.My heated seats are not working.

3.Sounds like a clunk in the rear axle going over a bump in reverse?

4. And most important. Seems like the truck at idle wants to die out at a stop light. It stutters and shakes a lil almost like idle will die. It will only do it shortly doesn't continue to stutter the entire time at idle.

I can speak for some of them, however, you best bet for it all is take it to a dealer.

For #1, sounds like the R2D2 head on your dash (the solar load sensor) isn't working right.

For #2, do you mean they don't work at all, top and bottom, or it feels like just the bottoms are not working? I ask because the latter is common and "by design" compared to older trucks and vehicles by other manufacturers. If you have a few minutes and a multimeter, you can check the resistance of the heating elements at the plugs under the seat. Anything over ~6 Ohms is "bad element". Now, if both seats are not working, that is, all 4 elements are not working, then you've got other gremlins.

For #4, there's a TSB for this, which gives instructions on how to adjust and shim the engine mounts. Hopefully that's all it is.

Dash brightness can be adjusted with the thumbwheel near light switch.

On mine the setting I like at night (when driving rural) results in it being to dim during daylight mode so I often adjust.

This lol. My heated seats feel like they take forever to heat up... I only use em a couple times a year and rather not have the dealer ripping apart my seat for something I use maybe 2 times a year if that.

#1 have you noticed if your auto headlights are turning on when the dash dims?

#2 Heated seats seems to be a common problem, should get fixed under warranty

#3 Step on your rear bumper and bounce to the truck to see if it clunks, sometimes its a bad rear shock.
