I searched on here and a few other places, I see it is a feature on the 2015 models, has anyone found out if it is something you can add/program a 2014 to do?

Thanks

In for the responses. Would be a nice feature to have. Maybe GTPrix could chime in on whether it can be added if not from the factory then maybe aftermarket programming

There has to be a software code written for this. It's hard to believe there arent software scanner tools on the market similar to a VAG-COM device for Chevys and GMC vehicles. The mods market for European cars and trucks is rampant with these scanners and it literally takes 2 minutes to program your own mods for windows, horns, lights, you name it.

Not going to happen, Chris said last year he can add it to the BCM but it requires the BCM to sent to him. I doubt anyone else will break that code anytime soon, Chris worked for GM from my foggy memory.

I am sorry to let you guys down! But the "after market" market has spoken!!! VeeDub and Audi owners are just more resourceful than us American owners. There's just no $$$ in the GM aftermarket. Sorry...I tried. (Lol)

That's no way to start the day boys! We need some good old fashioned American ingenuity. And someone who wants to make a few $$$.

You already have it, contact Chris White on here (GTPRIX). He can make any change you want to the BCM, you just have to remove the BCM and send it into him. Truck is unable to be driven while you do this.

Could, if the issues that fails is related to functions the BCM controls. I would think since GM now uses laptops to read the modules that GM can tell pretty easily if any module's programming matches the last known configuration on file.

But with the BCM I doubt you would have any issues and it controls mainly body systems.
