Bought my truck almost two years ago now and it came with a topper which I was okay with because it nice for duck decoys and dogs but now I'm growing tired of the topper look and want a soft cover!

So how much should I sell my topper for? Everything works on it, has no chips in paint, it's a nice Leer topper..

Best of luck....I had a Snugtop Expo on a truck for 1 year and ended up giving it away.

There is a chance due being from the last gen there may not be a big demand for it pricewise in your favor.

Figure out the lowest amount that you are willing to take, try to sell it, and if it doesn't sell, store it (if you have the room) to use for hunting season.

OR... see what the local truck accessory place will do for a trade in toward a tonneau cover.

Good luck!

I was hoping I could get to get most of a line x or something I'm tired of a drop in bed liner!

It is tough selling a used topper unless you find the right person hot for it. My neighbor almost got nothing for theirs and it was in great condition. Put it on Craig List in your area. Good luck.

Used ones are a tough sell. Some want color match. And the cost to paint can be a tad high.

Use Cr*igslist. You can attempt to register in multiple areas. I did that when I was selling my 2012 Chevrolet Colorado. Cr*igslist uses algorithms and sometimes pulled one or my areas that I listed.

You may be disappointed in how little a used one goes for. But you might be lucky to find that one person.

You can also try eb*y - and state local pickup only.

Used ones are tough to sell.

Just about anything will sell if the price is right.

I know this is an old post but if you haven't sold this yet there is a difference between the tops of the beds between GMC and chevy. So if its a 2008 chevy it will not fit a 2008 GMC. for instance. (I believe the GMC is has the wider bed caps of the two. I don't remember for sure) You should be able to get about half of what they are new. the good thing is you have a common color and common bed size.
