Drivetrain clunking from launch

Any ideas here? My 300,000 mile silverado is making a noise that almost sounds like a pop or a clunk when launching or taking off. I'm worried about my drive train being that I've towed a trailer every day with this truck. I hear the noise bad when I take off moderately hard. If I ease on it like a granny, I don't here it so much. I tried to replicate the noise and I believe I pinpointed it. It seems like it is coming from the driveshaft in the front area, and I also here a bit of clunking when shifting gears while parked.

Any ideas? The noise almost sounds like it's coming from the front of the driveshaft at the yoke and also the shift linkage next to the yoke when shifting gears.
