Bought a 2015 Sierra

After a year and a half of looking at Dodge trucks the wife finally talked me into swinging by and "looking at the GMC" since she loves them. I told the sales lady I wanted bucket seats so she pointed me in the direction of a Blue SLT. Of course she got me in it for a test drive. I was never really a fan of the interiors until I got inside one. After the test drive I told her how much I liked it but I really wanted a sunroof. She then said if I wanted that, they only had them in the Denali trucks on the lot. So we got in that for a test drive and after that I was sold. I've had the truck for about a month and love it. I've never owned a truck and always had small cars. My only problem now is trying to park. I feel like I'm going to hit everything and everyone. A few weeks from now I'm going to get the Rough Country 2.5" Lift/Level Kit installed as well as tint the windows. I work at the BF Goodrich plant so I'm counting the days until I can lose these Goodyears and throw some All Terrain KO2s on there.

Both of the cars are spotless for one day....I'm sure it rained shortly after.

You'll get used to the size. I've always had full size Chevys and I tried out trucking and did local class B truck driving so driving a full size truck is nothing to me. I can parallel park and back up my truck better than most people can in their small cars.

I love my LT and if you like all of the luxury I'm sure you'll love the Denali. Sitting in and driving my truck was all it took to basically have me sold, especially coming from a 98 Z71.

Nice Vette to, even though I hate flip up lights no matter what they're on lol. Always seems to happen where 1 will mess up and then the car is winking. So I was glad when they went to fixed headlights on the C6s.

Nice ride! What do you do at BF Goodrich? I got an SLT even though I went up to look at the Denali I loved it, but I am the opposite of you. I hate sunroofs.

I would look in to the issues the MagRide will give you with the level kit. You might not throw codes but the ride will be terrible.

Love the truck and the car. I had a 2002 MY Z06.

I'm an Electrician at Goodrich. We get a decent discount on our tires and even better discounts on discontinued tires. One of you mentioned the leveling kit messing with the mag ride. There are only 2 rough country kits that work on the Denali. All others say that they won't work because of the mag ride.

Yeah they will work, but your ride quality will be terrible if that matters to you. Basically neutralizing the MagRide benefit with the leveling kit unless you relocate sensors as well. I'm not an expert but there is a lot of info on here about it to research before you buy.

You work for BF Goodrich? Can you please ask them to make the All Terrain KO's in load range D for the stock 265/65/18 tire size for these trucks?!?! Currently you can only get it in load range E. Probably a long shot but worth the question. I'm amazed with as many 18" rim "off road" trucks on the road from GM from both the GMT900 seires trucks and the K2's that this tire isn't already available.
