Hard for dealer to do alignment after levelling kit?

Installed a rough country 2" levelling kit(keys) on my 2015 silverado hd last night. Drove to the dealer today for service and spent the afternoon there waiting. From what I have read I was understanding it wasn't a major alignment and in most cases just a toe in basically. They had it on the hoist for over 3 hours and keeping it over night because it now plus to the right? I drove 20 miles to the dealer and it drove perfect. Although I know long term would have wrecked the tires.

Kind of doubting the skills of the alignment tech at the moment.

When this is done I want to purchase the bilstein shocks for it. Does anyone know what shocks for the 2" level that go on the front?

Take it to a better shop with a Hunter laser alignment machine. They'll get it set straight no problem.

Will see what they have tomorrow for a machine.

Oh, never mind.... I just caught that it was HD

Ive installed tons of these kits and it takes about 5 mins to do the alignment.

Find a new dealer. My dealership took 20-30 mins to complete, and that time started even I gave them my keys.

Thank you for the replies. This really has me bothered that my dealer can't perform this what seems to be like a simple task. Feel that I should be taking it to a professional even after they hand back my truck keys. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section being a HD I didn't realize.

I am a GM trained mechanic from years ago and have some knowledge mechanically but haven't installed a kit before myself so wasn't sure what should be involved except from that I have read numerous threads saying the alignment is just a quick touch up of adjustments.....not a full shift for an experienced alignment tech. For myself I could see taking 4 hours as I haven't performed an alignment in about 15 years but the alignment machines are way better now and the components of the suspension are essentially the same.

Picked up the truck today and well have to say I am not very impressed with the dealer overall.

When they called to say it was ready I had to ask if they did the tire rotate as well which they didn't. I said you don't check the required service maintenance? So they did the rotate after the alignment now. I am sure its not an issue but would have been nice to have it done before the alignment. They adjusted tire pressure and all 4 are the same now which is all good going by the vehicle status but off the recommended pressures really.

They use ExpressAlign from the report. Truck looks awesome but pulls to the right. Billed me an hour flat rate which I am somewhat happy with but going to be looking for a qualified shop to align it today. Hope I get a service satisfaction questionnaire for this from GM.
