Instrument cluster dash cover

I wanna switch to leather and need to know how to remove cover on dash, does it snap on or is there bolts behind the instrument cluster bezel. This is the bump over the speedometer.

Do you mean the one with the stitching on it? I thought it was the same material just with the stitching detail added.
