So what's everyone's plans for today. I'm going out w/ one of my friends to a concert tonight. I already took my younger sister (10) to the store to get some valentine's for school and had a good laugh at all the guys looking at the cutesy red and pink bears and cards and trying to decide what to get.

I going bowling like I do every week and then go home and play on my computer like I do everynight. As you can see nothing special in my plans for today.

Missing a poll option: Doing nothing because the gf has learned to accept that I'm not getting her anything.

I've got the whole V-day situation under control and virtually non-existent, and I'm the envy of at least a few of my friends....

But she's also informed me that I'm taking her somewhere "nice" for dinner this weekend..... :sarcasm:

Maybe I don't have as much control as I thought...

Tell her to take you out to dinner this weekend. That's what I don't get. As a guy you are forced into paying for everything (not saying it's like that w/ all girls, but most). For the most part every date you take them out and spend at least 20 bucks for dinner, than a movie, or what not. But, then they take you out for maybe your Bday and do the same thing that you do ever day of the year. BS I tell ya. I got fed up w/ a few girls for that reason.

What I will be doing. Going to a meeting and working on a quarter scale tractor (student club) until late tonight, then trying to recover from my lack of sleep this week so I can go to Louisville tomorrow.
