My radio presets dissapeared

Driving my truck this evening and listening to XM. Everything was fine when I left the house and I had already switched to a few stations using the screen presets. I look over to select another station and they all were gone, just went back to like when the truck was new with 5 empty preset tabs. Has this ever happened to any body else? If it happens again then I will take it in but I doubt the dealer will do much about it if they can't replicate it. Pissed me off because I had 25 stations in the order I like.

Just checking one more time. I went out after I posted this last night and all of the other settings on the radio were just as they always were (bass, treble, etc) as well as my phones. Strange that only the presets reset but nothing else.

No, it just reset with only one page to choose from and the presets numbering 1 through 5.

No, it has not lapsed. I hope it does not happen again but if it does I hope it happens under warranty. I am worried this radio/screen is going to crap out after about 8 years or so.

Ok, this is a total shot in the dark but it's the only other thing I can think of that isn't going to be negative.

 

If.... You have memory recall, did you swap FOB's by chance?

 

That's all I got, I'm not even sure if the radios recall on these trucks, my escalade did though.

No, I didn't switch out anything but thanks for the help though. I don't drive my truck much, usually just on the weekends and I haven't drove it since it happened. I did go ahead and set a couple of presets and will get it back to how I had it when I get time. It looks like I am the only one this has happened to and it was probably some kind of glitch, lets just hope it doesn't happen again. The weird thing was that I was not doing anything, one minute all 20+ stations were there and the next they are all gone.
