2004 2500 unknown lift

Is there a way to measure or tell exactly how much of a lift is on a truck? I bought a 2004 2500 that already had a lift pre-installed, I'm trying to find what size tires I can put under it to replace the small dealer installed tires

Just measure how much room you have before you hit anything I. The wheel well. Measure the distance with the wheel turned straight, them turned all the way to right and turned all the way to the left. Then give yourself some breathing room.

Thanks, I was just told the other day that my truck was lifted with torsion keys and they might have gone after market with it, so I may end up with a suspension lift soon anyways, I'm not sure what I think about having that cranked up all the way yet
