Truckin 55 Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 This is caused after four failed attempts by a tire shop to properly balance tires and wheels, can't prove they did it since had taken to another shop for Road Force. Didn't notice scractches and chewed up Lugs till cleaned truck last week. No Impact Wrenches will be used on new Lugs and Shop MGR and I will check vehicle before and after any work done
07Softail Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Geez... that would piss me off! What ever happened to people taking care of their customers and their vehicles. I had a hard enough time taking my truck in for the first free oil change! RT
Truckin 55 Posted October 25, 2015 Author Posted October 25, 2015 Same pictures are posted on their Google Review page, I just lived in this area for a few years. In Mphs had vehicles serviced at a shop my dad went to for 30 years, only other place was a small town shop that serviced the Lumber Trucks I drove . Need to order a Permatex Wheel Repair kit and new lugs.
Truckin 55 Posted November 27, 2015 Author Posted November 27, 2015 While everyone was laying around full of Turkey and Pecan Pie I swapped out the banged up lugs with set bought from dbcooper. Maybe 1/8th more in length look good to me
