How awesome would this be: Cube LEDs built into rear bumper for Revers

My brother in laws Shelby Raptor Baja 700 has these Rouge LED pods built into the bumper. It appears Rouge makes the bracket too, and a simple cutout would do in order to mount these.

Anyone cut into their rear bumpers? Are they rigid enough to mount something like this?

The truck is fast and very loud. The SC whines so loud, it pierces your ear drums. The exhaust is so loud, you can't drive with the windows down. Unreal.

There's a thread on here where a member just got done installing "iron cross" fenders I believe. It appeared as though his fenders had some sort of LED pod. Haven't seen any stock fenders with them.

This by no means unique or new. Guys have been doing this for years now since the square pods came out. Down here in the south a lot of people have switched from mounting lights under the rear bumper to the square 2x2 or 3x3 pods in the bumper. Any shop that sells lift kits, car audio, etc can easily do the job. Or you can as well if you have the tools to cut the bumper. I dont even think you need a bracket since you cut a square hole and then the screw holes are usually another inch or so out on the sides. So you could just run the bolts through with a little seal on the cutout.

I did it to my truck, when I painted the bumpers. I didn't realize though that I put them right where there is a bracket off the frame though, took a little more work. They work killer in reverse though!!
