Just got my truck back from having the engine rebuilt for 4 months. Started driving it and it was vibrating when it got past 2000 rpms. Does it while it's in park too so I knew it's not u joints are anything in the drive shaft. Any ideas? Not the clutch fan either.

Is it possible the vibration you're feeling actually a miss?

No it's to bad to be a miss and no codes are being thrown saying its a miss and it's coming from behind the engine so we think it's the torque converter.

Try to research what the balancing weight on your flywheel is supposed to be for you application and the same goes for the harmonic balancer ,

It would be real easy to have put the wrong ones back on the engine. Sometimes the outer ring on the harmonic balancer will move as the rubber

deteriorates .

They are putting the torque concerts in today. It's got to be that or the flywheel cause we took the belt off of the pulleys and it continued so I guess we will see.
