Wingnut Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 It's a pressure washer that uses your water hose.....AND your air hose....I want one. staunproducts Simple, effective, and a he!! of a lot cheaper than a real pressure washer.
HillHound Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 That's interesting-I haven't seen anything like that before. I bought a 2600psi 6.5hp pressure washer 5 years ago and it's really useless for washing vehicles, aside from blowing off mud or winter road salt. It doesn't really clean that well and I'm afraid of damaging the paint or body plastic. It does do a decent job of removing bug splats from the front bumper or windshield. I use it mainly for washing our atvs, tractors and sometimes the driveway and deck.
Charlie in TX Posted May 1, 2003 Posted May 1, 2003 I have never used one. The reports I read on an antique tractor forum I visit said it's about as usfull as tits on a boar hog. It takes a much larger compressor than most homeowner have. For the price of one you can pay to get your car washed many times.
Freyguy Posted May 2, 2003 Posted May 2, 2003 I had a craftsman version once. I used it once and got rid of it. There was ablsolutely no increase in pressure, it just added air to the water. It looked like something that belonged in a greenhouse or something. That one looks much cooler than the one I had, but probably not any better pressure wise.
cowboy02 Posted May 8, 2003 Posted May 8, 2003 I've always been a hotsy type of guy....... Thoose things have lots of power and do a good job washing also. If you have large equipment like tractors and the such investing in one of these is a good Idea.
