HELP! 4wd trouble

Hello I need help with my 2000 Sierra the other day I was driving threw and puddle and my service 4wd light went out and I was stuck in 2wd I've replace the switch and the transfer case motor that engages the 4wd and still nothing but when I first unplugged the switch my service 4wd light went away but still does not work

 

Ps the motor is not trying to move there no sound coming from it right away

Have you checked all of your fuses? Water and electricity cause disasters in an instant. I'd verify every fuse is in good working order first. Then I would check the voltage on the transfer case motor.

I checked the 4wd fuse that one was good not sure whichow other ones to check

There is a fuse for the transfer case and there will be one for the front differential actuator. Need to check both fuses. On mine I have the ATC fuse for the transfer case under the hood and a 4wd for the front actuator in the driver's door jamb fuse block.
