Well yours is a 6.2 so definitely will sound different then a 5.3 and just the popping sound of it was enough to turn me away at least on the 5.3

I have mbrp on my 15 sierra....it's amazing. Flowmaster is very low quality for what you pay. Trust me I used to sell flowmaster. I'd never own one.

Well iv decided on just going to custom set up now but I'm undecided on what muffler to do now that everyone has. Mixed opinions on all these brands

If you have ever had a turbo muffler that is what MBRP mufflers sound like. IMO you really have to like Blow Master mufflers to put one on these trucks.

I have installed a few of them and have to be one of my favorite systems. I have one on my RCSB and love it. I will have a used 3" system up for sale soon off of my neighbors truck that he traded in.

Will that used exhaust fit a rcsb? If so, I'm interested, shoot me a pm

The cell phone videos on youtube are a joke..... I have the MBRP 3.5" on my 6.2 and I will tell you right now the truck sounds basically nothing like the recordings online of the same truck/system. I even recorded my own truck and it sounds like rubbish in comparison to how it actually does sound. A guy I work with has a 15 5.3 with the MBRP 3" on his and says it sounds much like mine..... it's plenty deep. Flowmasters sound like garbage.... especially in the cab of the vehicle they are mounted on.

I've been wondering how well these actually sound in person. The video clips do sound awful.
