I'm sitting here on the morning of my first finals and wondering who else out there in the GM Truck world has finals also.  I know that people up here at CO and people down in AZ also have finals.  Anyone else.  All I know is that my finals schedule looks like this:

6:45 am - wake up

7:30-10 am - receive first new a$$hole

10:30-1 pm - study

1:30-4 pm - receive second new a$$hole

4:30-7 pm - study

730-10:00 pm - receive third new a$$hole fo the day

Sounds like a fun day.  Good luck to all those college students out there having to do this soon!

I failed one this afternoon.  That guy screwed me on the midterm too in Lab.  I have all A's in Geology lad, except I got a 62% on the midterm, because he screwed us over, then on the final today I'm guessing I got between 50-60%.  Good thing is that the lad is only 25% of the class grade, and I have all A's and B's in the lecture, so I'll end up with a B, but I would have A without those two grades.

The rest go like this....

Tuesday      8:00am Contemporary History Research Paper Due

Tuesday      9:30am Geology Final (lecture)

Wednesday 12:00pm Content Area Reading (an education class)  3 assignments due and 1 presentation

Wednesday  1:00pm Essay on the Cold War due in US History II.

Friday         9:00am Philosophy Final

Friday         2:15pm Content Area Reading Final

Tuesday (5/13) 3:00pm Essay on Post-Vietnam, Post-Cold War Consensus due in US History II.

Then I'm done until next semester.

Good luck to all who are test-taking.  It's hard to believe it's been 4years since my last class-related exam(police academy) and 6 since the college days.  #### I'm old.

Good luck you guys....I graduated last year....it's cool not to have any home work and a pay check....it sucks to look for a job, and get up early, and be on bottom rung of the ladder again.  Oh yeah and having to go to work everyday, aka.no skipping classes, SUX.....

Anyone graduating with a CS degree??

Geez, don't study too hard for that one.

I think I only got 1 new a$$hole today because of the huge amount of studying I did.  My head hurts from all the studying.  1 more final and I am done for the summer.  By the way, anyone know of anyone hiring in the Boulder area cause I really need a job.

Could be in my situation.  I'm 27, I'll be 28 in August and I have one more year of college.  Sometimes I think I should've stayed in the first time around instead of digging ditches for 5 years, but honestly I think it gave me a little better perspective of life and it makes me not only appreciate my education more, but also appreciate the people who do manual laber alot more than most of the college studetns around here do.

I'll agree with you there.  I did landscaping a few summers during school and I remember coming home and passing out on the floor every other day due to being so tired.  That's why I like shows like Monster Garage and such, showcase somewhat of an artform and craftsmanship that is fading with time unfortunately.
