Bsbalser Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Ok. I'm looking at getting a tuner to recalibrate my speedo/tire size etc. I'm not that savy when it comes to new trucks. My v8/v4 shift is off, whatever it's called. I need some input on what I'm needing to fix problems. Would love to increase my mpg back to where it was before level and tires. Please help! Also I'm curious if anyone knows what shift points should be
TJay74 Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Hypertech makes a tire re-calibrator that you can use.
Livernois Motorsports Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Our Mycalibrator can adjust for tire size changes while also getting a great increase in power and MPG. We also include a transmission tune that will improve your shift firmness and RPM shift points.
Lyman24 Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Lots of good information under the engine forum. Here's a good one to review... http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/158551-2014-engine-transmission-tuning/
