top bed hooks?

I already have the "bed hooks" in the side and front of bed, but sometimes it would be nice to have something in the "stake pockets". They wouldn't even have to be visible. The ones in the box are sometimes hard to use when the bed is full (I know plan ahead but it doesn't always work that way). Plus the back stake pockets are a little further back than the inside bed ones. I thought about maybe an "eye" bolt, but would be a bugger to get a nut-probably two, from the underside.

 

Thought I would run it past you folks, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel. Plus you probably have better ideas than me.

I have something that sounds like what you desribe.

 

If by stake pockets you mean the holes in the fron and near the tailgate....total of six.

 

My truck came with a chrome plate over a rubberlike gasket that they both support an eye bolt or loop.

I'm talking about the two "handholds" at the back of the bed that used to be called stake pockets. If I can do something that would drop down when not needed, and not seen it would be great.
