Back Seat Protector

Does anybody have any recommendations for protection in the rear seat for dirty dogs? In my 2013 I just let the dog just jump right in after being in the lake, pond, mud or whatever. I usually threw down a few towels to help a bit, but there was always a ton of cleanup. I've decided that I will treat this one a little better. I was thinking I would fold up the back seats and just need something to protect the bottom of those and the back of the front seats and console. I've found a couple items, but not really sold on either. One from Mud River and one from canvasback. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have purchased a painter's drop cloth, 8x12' I put up the seats and drape the cloth over the seats and tie it down with 1/4" nylon. That allows them, two retrievers to lay on the floor which is covered by the extra drop cloth.

Weather tech makes one that is like a cradle, it attaches to the headrest and back of rear seat to keep the dog from moving forward into the back of the front seats in a hard stop. It is waterproof and covers from side to side front to back. Cabelas has a few too. Or do what I did, buy a cap and make the whole bed a dog house, there is nothing they can get into and drag inside that can't be washed out. The 2 black labs are mine, there are 3 other dogs in there too at the front of the bed. As long as they get along I am the dog wagon, like when we go to Silver Lake and park by lake MI

Same problem on my 1500 I just bought a cheap back seat cover from autozone....worked okay. I would like a hammock style but I need to have the seat functional for my daughter to sit back there with the dogs. The cheap cover worked okay....I'd throw old towels on the floor. I have bought a set of Husky liners for the floor on the new truck. For me its not so much the dirt its the hair....gets everywhere and is a bitch to vacuum up.

Following this as we just got a new puppy. With our previous dog I would fold up the 40 side and the kids got the 60 side. Next truck will have leather (easier to clean). Do you have cloth?
