Factory looking Dual Exhaust

I really like the Dodge Rams dual exhaust system and was wondering what Chevy/GMC could offer.

I was thinking something along the lines of the old Nova's dual exhaust on the SS Models.

Then I saw this and love it! Would look even cleaner without the back-up lights!

Eh. Doesn't seem overly factory looking. Factory looking exhaust to me is a single passenger side exit or a dual pipe single side exit (like the old 88-98 trucks had). Those to me provide the most OE look while not being OE.
