Trailer Constant Power Question for Bed LED's

So I've done some searching, but can't find an answer to my specific question. I am looking to install LED's with a power switch in my 2014 Silverado bed. They will not be OEM, probably an XK Glow kit off amazon. I want to tap into a constant power source so that I can just walk up to the bed and flick the switch and get power without having the truck running. I would rather this then the cargo light button option. Many people have stated you can tap into a constant power source on the trailer wire harness. I have yet to see any pictures or colors of which wire this would be. From the picture I have found, it looks like the power would be a red and light green wire. Can anyone confirm the constant power wire color? Also, would what I'm proposing work fine? I don't tow anything, so I won't be using the 7 pin trailer plug.

Looks correct. I've got a reverse alarm with a switch in the cab and a set of amber running lights that are tapped into the associated wires at the rear of the harness. I'm almost 100% sure that the above diagram is correct (I too struggled to find exact OEM data, so thanks!) Word of advice, be extra diligent in all of your connections at the rear of the harness. That area of the truck sees lots of road debris water/mud/sand. I used spit loom, heat shrink, and dielectric grease and good connectors. I also threw a small inline fuse just to be safe, though most likely not needed with the low power draw of today's LEDs.

I've attached a picture of the diagram that is on the front of the trailer connector, but the back of the harness is very hard to see the wires and where they go. Surprised no one else has experience with this
