06 heater fan doesn't work

My heater fan keeps going off. Only Defrost was working, now fan doesn't work on heat or other settings. Is there relays to check out. thanks. Need fan in this 20's weather.

It's probably for blower motor resistor. Under dash on the passenger side.

The blower motor only operates the strength it blows out, there's a couple actuators for the mode (defrost, vent, feet, etc) and one for the temp also.
