What is this next to the OBD2 plugin??

Hey all, do any of you know what this is next to the OBD2 plugin.

I've never seen this before haha

Looks aftermarket. Does the truck have aftermarket alarm?

It definitely does. I don't have an aftermarket alarm but maybe it's a dealer alarm that was left on?

all those vampire clips are a dead giveaway that it's aftermarket.
