Issues with factory chip guard?

Hey guys, I'm new to these forums but I figured this would be the best place to try and find an answer. I just picked up my Brand new 2016 Z71 1500 3 weeks ago, still not even 1000 miles on it. Today I was detailing my truck during some warm weather here in the Northeast, and I noticed the chip guard in a couple spots under the doors had what appeared to be air pockets that burst and are now open. Has anyone else noticed this? I love this truck, but if this is a sign of things to come my mind may change.

just take it back to the dealer

if the paint is peeling they should warranty it
