OBD 2 port and Aux power not working

On my 2004 Silverado, the OBD 2 port and the AUX power socket doesn't work. I've read other threads about the fuse being bad so I checked and replaced the fuses for the cig lighter and the AUX power in the under hood fuse panel. Ive also replaced the fuse in the side dash labeled AUX 2. They still don't work.

What am I missing here? Is there another fuse that's not clearly labeled?

Its under the cigarette lighter fuse. That fuse controls both

Does the fuse have power on both sides? It's possible the fuse you put in is bad or the fuse socket is bad or you're not getting power to the fuse.

I thought about that too. The cig lighter works just fine. Ive tried 4 different fuses in both spots, still no power. Im getting a test light tonight to see if there's power running to the fuse.

If the cig lighter works then it's not a fuse problem. It's either a obd port problem or a wiring problem to the obd port. Has there been any electrical mods to the truck?

It's the fuse under the hood at least that's what it was on my 04 Tahoe I have a cig lighter and an aux plug in the dash by the climate controls and one worked and one didn't but my obd2 connector didn't work either but the fuse for it was under the hood not in the Side of dash inside cab hope that helps

Over the weekend, I replaced every fuse in the block under the hood and on the left side of the dash. No change. The last time the power outlet worked was on New Years Eve, I plugged in an air compressor to the outlet. It hasn't worked since. Is there in in-line fuse in that circuit somewhere I'm missing?
