Rant about dealer

So long story short, my truck had numerous problems and the dealer/GM gave me $1000 to spend on accessories. I order everything I wanted which came to $1000 even and went to go pick them up. The parts manager says "I don't think this is good for buying accessories, I believe this has to go towards accessories plus install. the service manager is out so we will have to wait till tomorrow."

 

Are you F****** kidding me, I drove all the way there and now your telling me I can't pick them up and will have to possibly come back tomorrow???? I even had it in an email to the parts manager that I have a voucher FROM GM!!!!

 

The only reason WHY I even stayed dealing with this dealership is because my buddies father is the service manager. This may be time to go through local Chevy dealer now.

I could use my credit for accessories plus install or just accessories. I got everything and installed it myself (exhaust, bedcover, window vents).

 

Kind of bs if you ask me.
