8" Bazooka tube in CC

I've got an 8" Bazooka tube kicking around that I am thinking of putting into my truck. Non-Bose system and I just want a bit more kick for no money. I had it in my 01 under the back seat and it does all I need. Plus I already have it.

 

How hard would it be to mount and wire up? Anything special to the wiring? Used it with an aftermarket deck that had a sub output before.

 

I know this does not give me the best sound, and one day I would like to get the behind-the-seat setup, but not today.

I think you'll need the BAZOOKA FAST-9999 AND FAST-BTAH WIRING HARNESS AND

Did you ever get around to putting this in your truck? I found a nicely priced self amplified 8 inch bazooka tube and I'm wondering if it's a simple enough install that I can do it myself or if I would have to bring it to a shop
