Transmission Shifting Question

Ive got a 2014 gmc sierra Crew All terrain 4wd. Blackbear Tune. While shifting through the first couple of gears I'm getting a 200 rpm rev between shifts. Blackbear sent me another tune and same thing. Still waiting to hear back for the 3rd time. I flashed it back to stock and do not notice the rev. So is it the tune or is my transmission slipping? Or is this the nature of the truck?

If the trans was slipping you would notice it no matter what the tune. It's called a flare shift and it's normal
