2014 to 2016 fixes

Wondering what issues GM addressed since 2014. At nearly 10,000 posts the vibrate thing isn't completely corrected. What about things like loose bolts rattling, radio reception, headlights, seat heaters, etc. Has GM done a good job making improvements based on what customers are saying on here? Sorry if this is a naive question just wondering as I look to get a 2016.

They fixed the head light issue for sure and made the infotament system faster and better so it can handle the android car play.

It does suck how they left the 2014 model hanging though.

Really? I'm sure they will sell a lot of new trucks if they keep going back and updating the old ones. GM isn't the United Way.. they are in this business to make money by selling more cars/trucks..

Those customers that are buying GM are normally returning customers... If they don't take care of their customers with crap they put out why would I want to buy another one later down the road.

Where do you get that the majority of GM buyers are "returning customers"? A certain percentage of any manufacturers sales are returning customers but just as many are from people switching or first time buyers. I am on my 3rd silverado but not because I am faithful to GM but because everytime it was the least expensive truck with the most options. I buy with my wallet and nothing else.

I wish that I could say the same. :)

A big part for my decision is the look of a truck.

And so far, the GM trucks are the best looking trucks out there.

Buddy, where is around here?? You can easily buy a GM truck for 20% off MSRP and if you work at it then 25% off is not hard to do. When I was buying in 2014 the other guys would come close but not close enough. The trend seems to be continuing in 2016, my buddy just bought his LTZ for 23% off MSRP. If you paid too much for yours then that sucks. Hope I didn't get you too riled up newbie.

The look is important too me as well but I don't mind the look of any of the trucks out there except for the new Titan. I just got lucky I guess and got the best looking of the trucks for the cheapest price.

It would have been nice to see this list expanded thought the thread, rather than it turn into anything other then where it's going currently.

Any other items besides the headlights and infotainment updates?

Sounds like your the one riled up buddy... But dodge or ford trucks compared to my Denali were way cheaper.... But hey it's not who know know it's who you blow huh.
