HELP!! Aiming headlights

Recommended Posts

I have switched my headlights to LEDs. Since doing so I have adjusted the beam height up and down BUT can not figure out left and right. Or is this even possible? Currently the beam of the headlight pointed directly at the center of the road like this /\ .. which id rather have it / \ (less center of road) or | | (straight forward)

If its possible, could someone enlighten me please? I have done as much google searching, reading forums, and looking at youtube as possible. The last youtube vid I saw said you could do left and right nut of course they didnt demonstrate it.

I have a 2015 Silverado LT for reference

No such adjustment only up and down but some led head light set ups allow you to rotated the led 180 degrees to bounce off a different part of your headlight reflector. I had led's on my f150 and the best output was by twisting the lights so they bounced off the inner most portion of my headlight.

Led's are not omnidirectional like hids and incandescent lamps. It's all about how you aim then to relent in your housing.

What kind of leds did you get? If you got the xenon depot ones try having the led diodes face the 3 and 9 position.

If your halogen were pointing the correct position, then it's definitely a bulb seating problem.
