Max Tow Package w/body colored bumpers - possible?

Looking at getting a Sierra SLT (possibly Silverado) and would like the max tow package. However, I am not a big fan of chrome and it seems that you can't get body colored bumpers on the SLT. And the max tow isn't available on the All Terrain or Denali.

 

Is this correct, or am I missing something?

 

What are the odds they could add this as an option on the 2017?

You are correct about GMC. Not possible.

 

(On Chev side, NHT not available with Z71 or High Country)

 

Here's the NHT entry for 2017 Sierra:

 

NHT Max Trailering Package, includes 9.76" rear axle, 8-speed transmission with 3.42 or 6-speed transmission with 3.73, (JL1) trailer brake controller, enhanced cooling radiator, revised shock tuning for increased control, heavier duty rear springs and increased RGAWR

SLE - Requires a Crew Cab or Double Cab model. Includes (G80) heavy-duty automatic locking rear differential on 2WD models (already standard on 4WD models) and Z82 Trailering Package. Requires (L83) 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine and (DPN) power camper mirrors. Not available with (Z71) Off-Road Suspension Package. Includes (UHN) 18" X 8.5" bright-machined aluminum wheels. Requires (RKX) 18" tires or may upgrade to (RD3) 20" bright machined aluminum wheels with either (RC7) or (QSS) 20" tires.

SLT - Requires (RKX) 18" tires or may upgrade to (RD5) 20" chrome wheels with either (RC7) or (QSS) 20" tires. With (L86) 6.2L engine, requires (RD5) 20" wheels with (QSS) 20" tires. Requires (DQS) power adjustable, power folding camper mirrors. Not available with (GAT) All Terrain Package and (Z71) Off-Road Suspension Package.

(In 2017, All Terrain is only available on SLT)

Correct. Max Trailer can't be optioned on a color matched truck. Max Trailer is SLE, SLT (GMC) and LT, LTZ (Chevy). Not available on a WT, LS, Custom, LT Z71, LTZ Z71 or High Country (Chevy), Sierra (WT), All Terrain, Denali (GMC).

I personally went through this when I ordered my 2015 silverado nht. I wanted color matched.. but nope. Ended up color matching on my own

Same here, I wanted color matched and the NHT. It's easier and cheaper to buy the NHT and color match it vs try to get all the mechanical parts of the NHT and put them in a factory color matched truck. Check out my build thread if you want to see what I had to do.
