More goodies today. My FIC injector spacers. I didn't realize that they came with one set of retainers. I already got 2 sets just in case.

I can definitely work with that little bit of height difference.

I especially like how the spacers are designed to accept a retainer on the rail end and the injector end.

The lower o-rings on the LS9 injectors are just too big for a truck intake. After I finally got one injector in the other day (with oil on the o-ring and the hole) I had to pry it out with a bar and fulcrum. Not my cup of tea. I got a set of upper o-rings today that are a smidge smaller in OD when installed. I will see how they fit in the intake when I get home. Good time to check the fit with the spacers too.

So using upper o rings on the bottom of the injectors works great in a truck manifold. Choosing to err on the sidw of caution, I put the new o rings on the top on the injectors and the original upper o rings on the bottom. They fit great. I was a little concerned about the fit of the spacers on top of the injectors (kinda wobbly) but they are rock solid with the included retainers installed. Anyways, here's some pics.

I'd like to not use spacers under my rail, but this happens. The o ring comes out into the intake port. Also, in the following pic, the injector body bottoms out on the manifold.

And to finish my whining about the LS9 injector lower o rings, they are almost a millimeter bigger in OD than the upper o rings that I am using.

Hopefully the last box of goodies came today. My 3" long legged elbow, 3" 180 bend, 3"×2 3/4" coupler, and a bunch of t-bolt clamps.

Don't worry, it wasn't shipped like that. This came out first...

I'll lay out my intended discharge design when I get home.
