Well the LS9 idler pulley didn't work out any better, but I did get my upper hose sorted out with a splice and 2 hoses

After much research, I no longer have to worry about belt walk with the idler pulley that mounts to the supercharger. AutoZone number 231084. Application is 1991 Corvette VIN 8. Cost is 21.39. 76mm/3" OD with flanges. Only thing I don't like is that it's composite as opposed to steel. Time will tell the durability story. Either way, I sourced it locally, so it shouldnt take long to replace in the event of failure.

Got the first piece of my discharge today from Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies. it was almost $44.00 shipped. I found similar items on ebay for much less, but I didn't like the feedback that the seller had received so here we are. 3" coupler with 1" sprout for the bypass valve connection.

Tomorrow I should be getting my 2.75"x3" 90 degree coupler, and my 4"x3" 90 degree coupler from Silicone Intakes, and from Summit, my Autometer wideband & Boost/Vacuum gauges, Autometer pillar pod, weld-on AN-8 fitting and AN-8 cap.

There's a tool store near me that also sells t-bolt clamps. Gonna check it out this weekend.

Funny sticker on Boost/Vacuum Gauge. I don't know how many of these I passed up on ebay because the needle was off. Glad I bought the gauges at Summit when I did though, because I will be getting $30 in rebates. Score!
