GPS/Navigation/Bluetooth don't work

My 2016 Chevy has a red line thru gps, my compass in dash just has lines, my Bluetooth and navigaton doesn't work and my onstar doesnt either. I don't even have the red light of onstar doom. It has nothing at all. Checked the antenna and it's good....wondering if somethING could be unplugged...please help.

I had the Android Auto update applied to mine a month ago. Since then, mine has the same issue with GPS and Nav. Went to dealer today. They tried different things before calling GM. They were told to attempt installing the AA update again, suggesting some files did not copy correctly. I have to make a return trip for parts on another issue, so they plan to do the update then. Bluetooth and compass are still working. Any chance you also did the update recently?

 

 

EDIT: missed that this was in the HD forum. Mine is a 1500.

This sucks as I haven't updated mine yet but I may postpone it a little while.

Same problem with mine

Lost my GPS on my 1500 Sierra after android auto update. Took it back to dealer and they reloaded the software for the human interface device (or something similar), and all was well again.

 

Can't say that i'm all that pleased with android auto, but I'll leave that for another thread.
