So after waiting for almost 4 months I finally got my truck. I 1st ordered the truck on June 28th and I picked it up last night.

Going to miss not having a lifted truck after 15+ years

Going a different direction.

Since I waited so long I had received all of my after market items, so today I had my custom painted Snug top Tonneau cover installed. I've had 4 Snug top shells or Tonneau's and have never been disappointed. I think they did a nice color match.

I like the look and I can throw my stuff in the back and lock it up.

Got tired of looking at those boxes so I installed my CAI and the Escalade Engine cover with GMC log courtesy of member TXTruk15 Bob who shipped me one at no cost! Thanks Bro!

I also started on the color matched mirror caps and door handles to get rid of the chrome. Pics to come.

More to follow I just got the Martha Focker! LOL

That is one fresh ride man. Really digging the tonneau color blend with the rest of the car. Where did you acquire the cold air intake, if you don't mind me asking?

Man that CAI intake looks real cool. Anyone got a good discount code for CAI? Looks like it is over 400 bones on the website OUCHOLA

Dude, truck looks awesome! Love that color with the black wheels and your engine compartment looks excellent with the escalade intake cover!

UPDATE:

I got the windows tinted.

Funny story on the installer, My friend is the service manager for a Bugatti, Ferrari, Maserati dealer and he recommended this guy years ago. He tints multi million dollar cars and every once in awhile some yahoo's like me, but he drives an Scion XB Box car! He does awesome work, never had an issue.

To level rather then go 2" up in the front. Plus my last five trucks where lifted like my black Chevy

Beautiful truck man. Did you change the handles yourself? If so, is the process the same for all four, even the drivers side with the lock?

Thanks for the compliment, yes I changed them myself.

Loosen the door screw partially until you get the small piece out

Remove the handle

Use fishing line or thin wire to extract the inner door lock

Snap in the new handle

Remove line

Re tighten door Jamb screw

Awesome. My main issue was the handle with the lock so I didn't end up swapping them. I wasn't sure once loosening the handle, if the lock would fall inside the door or something worse. So the handle stays in place while you swapped the handle right?

Just curious on your handles where did you pick those up? I am assuming your truck is white frost tricoat, mine is as well but not had any luck finding handles that color.
