Removed chrome grille inserts?

Anyone have any instructions on removing the four horizontal chrome grille inserts? I know there are roughly 20 screws holding them in, but some are incredibly tough to get to.

 

I have removed the top plastic cover and can get to a lot of the screws, but some are just very difficult to get to in the bottom corners and such.

When I took my grille out to install the lower filler it all came out in 1 piece. I know you can take the white parts off of the main grille but I did not see a clean way that the chrome parts came off separately.

To remove the entire grill all you have to do is remove the black plastic cover (12 pop up clips I think) and four bolts on the top of the grill, then pull the grill forward. It is held on by pressure clips. Then you can work on it easily.

I did this to install the bumper hole cover. It was a little scary tugging on the grill but it did pop off pretty easily.
