Possibly new to Chevy

So I currently have a TDI VW that is hopefully soon being returned to VW as part of their emissions deal. Looking at this truck, 2015 LTZ 1500. This seem like a good deal? KBB said lowest is 35K, high side of 41K. I know on used dealers usually over price. My last truck before the VW was a Ford, never owned a Chevy truck. Thank you.
