I just got some new 275/65R20 KOs installed yesterday. They look great and fit just fine with a 2.5" level. I have a 3.42 gear ratio and from what understand, the bigger tires will lower my effective ratio to about 3.2. I'm a bit of a newb so I don't fully understand gearing. Does this mean my truck will now perform similar to a 3.23 truck stock truck (besides additional weight and lift). Is it fine to leave my gears alone or is recommended to regear to something higher (3.73, or 4.10)?

if your not carrying alot of weight or pulling trailers all the time you will be fine

I'm a newb too. What's the issue if I tow 7500lbs a few times a month?

I would say you should be fine with how it is as long as your not towing anything higher then 10k Google towing capacity for 3.2 gears and don't exceed that and you'll be fine
