Sirius/XM issues

3rd vehicle with SAT and first one to have issues. Had antenna replaced, no better.

I have thr same issue with my 2018 Chevy Tahoe Z71 Texas/Midnight Edition

16 Yukon Denali.  I took it in for service and they replaced the battery under the AC-Delco battery warranty.  Since then Sirius/XM does not work and satellite presets are greyed out.  No receiver ID on channel 0 as well.   I contacted SiriusXM, they refreshed the signal multiple times and tried a couple other things to reset it but no luck.  Anyone here had this issue?
