No Hot Air Blowing out of the Vents

I have a 1993 Silverado half ton. I can not get hot air to blow out of the vents. Luke warm at best. I have changed the blend door actuator, the control panel for the heat/ air. I have a new heater core in the pickup and when i let it run the heater core hoses are to warm to handle for very long. The radiator is fairly new and so is the coolant. I have flushed the system twice to no avail. Any body else experience this. Thanks!

I had the same problem with my 93 K1500. It turned out that there was a bunch of rubbery goo built up at the connectors to the heater core. No idea where it came from, but once I cleaned it up, problem fixed.
