Fleet color, not available to anyone without a fleet account. I worked 30 yrs for state dot and all our trucks came in orange.

You can special order these colors if the dealer will work with you. I believe there is a minimum they have to order to get them though. there was a post on here a few years ago of a dealer that had several different of these special colors in stock for sale.

Here is the thread i referenced above.... http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/160214-how-do-dealers-get-these-colors/?hl=special%20order

I wonder if he always parks that far out of the lines.

Happens a lot when theres snow on the ground...everyone follows the row of cars, snow melts and everyone sees how bad they parked lmao

Is that a Leica 500?

Its Leica but I don't recall the model. That pic was from a statewide HARN re-observations in 2001.

Over Stock fleet trucks make it on the road all of the time.

My dad got a deal on 1979 Ford LTD 4 door brand new.

It was an over stock Provencal Police care and came with black paint and white doors.

He had to get the doors painted black but it was all cop car push bar all the hookups for the radio, brackets center cage, spot light and it moved good to with the big carburetor on it.

I use to sit on the side of the road and just pull out an follow cars they would all slow down ha ha.

Really wish the green was easier to get....GM doesn't have any green color option at all....

They used to have that nice dark green metallic and the metallic orange (I think on the 14's only?), both of which I loved. Too bad they got rid of them.
