Can't find this truck to save my life

I've been in the market for a 2008-2013 GMC Sierra with the 6.2 4x4 crew cab for months now. I'm not sure if it's because I live in California, but I can't find one in black or white to save my life. How rare are these trucks? I was looking at the Denali, but not a big fan of awd. I might just have to bite the bullet and buy a 2014 slt with the 5.3. Can anyone help me find what I'm looking for?

Hmm, color is the last thing I look at when looking for a deal. Silver and gold colors are the easiest to keep looking clean, white and black the hardest. I have a black SUV that has prompted me to wash it 3 times a wk adverage at a car wash that I pay buy the month. My wife's gold car doesn't look dirty it gets cleaned once a month. The only way I'd buy black or white is if I saved a ton of money, and I did.

They are hard to find for sale. I would consider selling mine if I could make enough to buy a new Duramax :-)

It's been a great truck and in my opinion ( I've owned several 5.3's) there isn't any other gas truck engine worth having.

I spent two months searching Autotrader up to 500 miles from my house for a non-Denali 6.2 truck, either Silverado or Sierra. I didn't want a 5.3 AFM engine. Finally gave up when I found a rare red Canadian Denali. For me, it wasn't that big of a deal, because I also have my 2500 Suburban, and that's my go-to snow vehicle anyways.

Just found a 2016 double cab with the 6.2 L and got all excited until I found out it only had 3.08 gears..damn. I was ready to spend the $36,000 they were asking.. It was a LTZ I believe. Closest one I've found about 300 miles away.

I know the AWD is a bit of a downer, but the Denali is a damn nice truck. I have the 3.42 gears, and this thing is scary-fast for a truck. I'm almost glad I do have AWD, because that's just too much power for a lightly-loaded rear axle. It's nice knowing I can just floor it and not have to worry about feathering the gas pedal, and all the power gets put down to the road. And I can still make it fishtail pretty easily in rain or snow.

Gratuitous pic (just happened to catch a crew cab sierra in the background)

Looks nice! One problem with me driving a Denali to potential clients houses and bidding jobs is that people will think I must be charging too much lol. It has happened before when I bought my 2007 Sierra. It was very sharp looking, nice chrome aftermarket wheels, etc. Looked at a kitchen remodel for a guy who walked me out and we stood chatting by my new truck. He commented that it was a awfully nice truck for a carpenter to be driving. In reality it just looked that way as it was only a SLE lol.

I bought one of the two 2015 6.2's here by me in Michigan. There's a really nice white one still there.
